About the Role

As a Sales Enablement Intern, you will be part of a team that brings together customer experience and commercial performance. Through this internship, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to real business operations—while actively contributing to initiatives that improve service quality, sales effectiveness, and overall customer experience.

This is a hands‑on learning role where your ideas, analysis, and curiosity will help shape meaningful outcomes.



What You’ll Work On

Sales Excellence

  • Support the creation of sales enablement materials such as playbooks, training decks, and call guides
  • Analyse sales performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Observe sales workflows and contribute ideas to strengthen consultative selling approaches
  • Assist with the planning and execution of internal training sessions or workshops

Customer Service Excellence

  • Review customer interactions to identify common issues, friction points, and service gaps
  • Support tracking of key service metrics such as response time, resolution time, and CSAT
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to understand service standards
  • Contribute ideas to improve the end‑to‑end customer experience

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyse data to generate insights that support better decision‑making
  • Assist in documenting processes and identifying inefficiencies
  • Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Proactively suggest improvements to workflows, tools, and collaboration

Who We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable translating observations into structured ideas and insights
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools is a plus
